Certified AgileBA Training Course

This 4 day classroom based AgileBA course was developed by APMG in partnership with the Agile Business Consortium, AgileBA is a guidance, training and certification scheme designed for business analysts working in an agile environment.

The Business Analyst is a critical role within an agile project team.  As more organizations adopt agile approaches, analysts need to ensure that they possess the skills and expertise to perform their role.

This certification provides business analysts involved in Agile projects, large and small, with the tools they need to adopt an agile approach. It gives advice on focus and value-delivery and guidance on working with business stakeholders, developers, testers and outlines the skills needed to deliver solutions incrementally. It equips the business analyst with techniques to incorporate Agile approaches into a project or programme and to align change with organisational objectives.

Foundation

  • Multiple Choice
  • 50 questions per paper
  • 25 marks required to pass (out of 50 available) – 50%
  • 40 minutes duration
  • Closed-book

Practitioner Level

  • Complex Multiple Choice
  • 4 questions per paper with 20 marks available per question
  • 40 marks required to pass (out of 80 available) – 50%
  • 2.5 hour duration
  • Open-book (AgileBA Handbook only)

  • This course does not require any existing knowledge of Agile
  • Completion of an accredited course is a mandatory pre-requisite for the exam

All our courses are held at central London locations.  More detail on our locations can be found in the Venue Section of our site.  You will receive your joining instructions along with the location of your course after enrollment.  We may change the location of the course, still within central London, depending on the number of delegates booked on a course.  Rest assured however that we will never have more than 12 delegates on any training course.
